Odessa Kelly is a longtime public servant and activist with a proven record of bringing progressive change to Nashville. After over a decade managing Napier community center and doing all she could for the kids in her community, Odessa knew she could do more. She co-founded Stand Up Nashville to take on the big fights for racial and economic justice to help the families at Napier and beyond. Born and raised in East Nashville, Odessa understands how the system is rigged against working families who have spent their lives playing by the rules. Odessa believes it’s time for bold, ambitious change that meets the scale of our problems. She will passionately fight for the Green New Deal and Medicare for All to build a more equitable future for Nashville.
